These terms apply when you use fasttowingusa.com or contact Fast Towing USA LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to request towing or roadside assistance. By using the website or requesting service, you agree to them.
Fast Towing USA LLC is an independent dispatch and coordination company. We do not own or operate tow trucks and we do not perform towing or roadside services ourselves. When you contact us, we locate an available licensed, independent third-party operator and arrange the service on your behalf. The operator who arrives is an independent business, not our employee or agent.
Before any service is dispatched, we will give you a quoted price based on the information you provide — your location, the destination, your vehicle, and the nature of the situation. You are free to decline the quote. If the situation on site differs materially from what was described (for example, the vehicle requires recovery work that was not disclosed), the operator may need to revise the price and will tell you before proceeding with additional work.
Arrival windows we provide are good-faith estimates based on operator availability, distance, traffic, and weather. They are not guarantees. We will keep you informed of significant changes where we are able to.
Payment terms are confirmed with you when you accept the quote. Depending on the job, payment may be collected by Fast Towing USA or directly by the independent operator who performs the service. Cancellation after an operator has been dispatched may incur a fee, which we will disclose at the time of booking.
Because towing and roadside services are performed by independent operators, responsibility for the physical performance of the service, including any damage to the vehicle during the service, rests with the operator performing it, subject to their insurance and applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Towing USA's liability arising from coordination of a service is limited to the amount you paid to Fast Towing USA for that coordination. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state provides consumer protections that cannot be waived.
